Refractory consultant for various projects.  Supported the Copper Industry with on-site inspection services and engineering along with various research projects to improve Smelter refractory life.  Provided detail refractory root-cause failure analysis for various industries and refractory applications.  Served as Expert Witness representing the End-User in two cases.  Provide refractory technical knowledge and expertise to various customers.

Inc.  Managed installation projects in the Cement Industry as a Project Manager.  Managed all company bidding, planning, engineering, technology, daily cost tracking, billing, accounting, payroll, benefits, banking and corporate filings.  Built Stewart Services from a start up company to a $13M company in 7 years.

Worked as an on-site refractory inspector and quality control representative.  Job functions included laboratory testing and management, material recommendations, repair procedures, and construction management.  Developed software and procedure for refractory thermomechanical failure analysis.
